Vegetable Fried Rice

Is very common in Asian countries because rice is one of the main ingredients in making this dish and Asian meals is not complete without rice. Also, by making Vegetable Fried Rice you can use your leftover cooked rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • ¼ cup ring onions
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • ¼ green Peas
  • ½ cup carrots small chop
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • ½ cup cabbage
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced Onions
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger (optional )

Directions

  1. Set aside cooked rice to cool or refrigerate it for at least 1 hour uncovered or until completely dry or easily separated.
  2. On a hot wok, heat the cooking oil and Sauté garlic, onions and ginger followed by the carrots, cabbage, sweet corns, red bell pepper, and green peas and mix it well. And stir for about 30 seconds until the vegetable is completely tender.
  3. Add the Rice mix it well to combine all the vegetables and then add the soy sauce and fish sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir again until it completely combines.
  4. Serve and Sprinkle some ring onions on top. Its taste really good while it’s hot. Enjoy!
