Avocado Shake

Avocado shake is perfect for dry season or summer and also for your health. It helps refresh your body from the hot weather.

Ingredients

  • 3 Kilos of Avocado
  • 3 cups of fresh young coconut shredded
  • 2 (250 ml) of all-purpose cream
  • 1 (147 ml) of condensed milk

Directions

  1. Cut the avocado into halves, take away the seed and scoop the avocado flesh.
  2. Put the avocado flesh, all-purpose cream and condensed milk in the blender jar and blended it until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended ingredients with fresh coconut.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve to everyone 🙂
