Avocado shake is perfect for dry season or summer and also for your health. It helps refresh your body from the hot weather.
- 3 Kilos of Avocado
- 3 cups of fresh young coconut shredded
- 2 (250 ml) of all-purpose cream
- 1 (147 ml) of condensed milk
- Cut the avocado into halves, take away the seed and scoop the avocado flesh.
- Put the avocado flesh, all-purpose cream and condensed milk in the blender jar and blended it until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blended ingredients with fresh coconut.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve to everyone 🙂
